A Little More About Me
Along the way I learned how to grow a company so that it can be a perfect combination of (a) a blessing to the employees who work there, and (b) have true enterprise value, so that liquidity is a valid option.
After I sold my company in 2021, I lead growth at our acquirer for three years, growing that digital agency from $20mm to just shy of $50mm in revenue while overseeing the integration of four additional acquisitions in the process.
Today I own two additional businesses and will likely continue to start, launch, and scale (or acquire and scale) companies where creating a winsome and appreciative environment for the employees is the first and biggest focus.
Outside of work, I am a proud husband to my wife Anne and our three kids, David, Julia, and Patrick. There's so much more to life than work for me, and outside of the companies that I own and the select few I consult with, I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast, love to read, am the drummer for Engedi Music, and truly just enjoy spending time with my family.
